Return and Refund Policy

Products purchased from are returnable within the return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page
  2. Return pickup facility is not available. You have to self-return products using any courier/ postal service of your choice.
  3. Return will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, invoice etc).
  4. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  5. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned after 10 days of delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
On receiving  your return, it will beinspected and you will receive an email confirmation of the same. Approval or rejection of the refund will also be notified through email.
Approved, refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 days of approval. Credit of the refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited..

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced products can be refunded, but products on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  To apply for an exchange of a product mail us at and send  product to: ICSL, A - 27, 2nd Floor, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110044, India.
To return your product, ship it to:

Buyer needs to bear shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
