According to the NEP 2020, Inclusion and equity will become a key aspect of teacher education and efforts will be made to recruit more high-quality teachers and leaders in order to bring in excellent role models for all students.

Dr. Chandrika Devarakonda, is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Education and Children's Services at the University of Chester. She has taught on a wide range of programmes covering issues including diversity and inclusion.

Dr. Renu Golwalkar, Director- Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion. She has over 18 years of experience in gender transformative change. She also served as Head of Gender, Equity, and Diversity for CARE India 

Vikram Dutt, Chairperson at Manovikas IGNOU Community College for Developmentally Delayed, India's 1st College for persons with Developmental Disabilities.
