Peer-tutoring is a proven best practice in education. The NEP 2020 has recommended using this technique to help slow learners achieve their learning outcomes. 

For the majority of schools in India, this will be a big leap into unknown territory. Implementing peer-tutoring not only requires a change in the mindset of different stakeholders but also the introduction of several new processes.
