1. Mr. G. Balasubramanian, Chairperson – Board of Advisors, ICSL

As the Director (Academics), CBSE, Mr. Balasubramanian is credited with introducing Information Technology in all CBSE schools. He is one of the highest authorities in curriculum design, pedagogy, and teacher development. He has engaged with policy and strategy level initiatives of several states and organisations. As one of the most dynamic, energetic and insightful thought leaders in school education, he has conducted thousands of professional developments program across the country. His pragmatic approach and futuristic vision is a source of inspirations for both young and experienced school leaders.

2. Dr. Atul Nischal, Founder-Director, ICSL

Dr. Nischal has a 20+ year experience in the field of online learning. He conceptualized, designed and developed India’s largest World Bank funded eLearning project for the Govt. of Uttarakhand in 2003 on behalf of S. Chand Group. For this project, he trained over 5000 teachers of the state to use digital learning in their classrooms. He has developed online learning and assessment content for various companies in India, US, and Ireland including Chegg, Cramster, NIIT, HCL, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Carvniche, Encyclopedia Britannica, SCH, British Council and others.

3. Dr. Rajesh Hassija, Director-Principal, Indraprastha Group of Schools

Dr. Hassija, a master trainer of integrating ICT in the process of Teaching-Learning, was instrumental in designing  CBSE Computer Science Syllabi in 1985.  He is amongst a few countable professionals who have designed and set computer laboratories in Indian schools.  His passion and commitment to using technology in learning has  benefitted thousands of academic leaders, teachers and students across India. No wonder, he is the most sought after experts in the school leaders community on matters related to implementing eLearning solutions. He is a National Coordinator of the National Testing Agency (NTA) and has been actively engaged with CBSE on various matters. His authority in school leadership was recognized by CBSE when he was bestowed with the National Teacher Award 2003.
