I am having difficulty paying for the workshop. What should I do?
Some people may face difficulty making the course payment through credit/debit cards. Here are a few things to try:
Why have I not received any email yet?
If the email you gave us is correct, you will receive the email notification from us.
Check your SPAM/Junk folder.
If you gave an official email, your school/institution maybe blocking certain emails. Please check with them.
When will we get the certificate for the workshop?
The certificate should be expected 2-3 weeks after the deadline for submission of the post-workshop task. This means, you will get the certificate 4-5 weeks after the workshop.
Who can register for the Connect2Learn online workshops?
All teachers and school leaders currently teaching in any K12 school affiliated to or recognized by any board of education or students pursuing a degree in education are eligible to attend the program.
How can I pay for the workshops?
You can pay through credit/debit cards only through our website. International credit or debit cards are not accepted.
Are there any language requirements?
Yes, the workshop is conducted only in ENGLISH so you need to be proficient in that language.
By when should I register?
The workshops fill up quickly, so be sure to register early. The registration deadline for each workshop is midnight of the preceding day.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the workshop?
Sorry, the workshop fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
When and how will I receive the task for the workshop?
The task will be emailed to you on your registered email id within 12 hours after the workshop is over.
When and how should I submit the task?
You get TWO WEEKS to complete and submit the task. A link will be shared with you on your registered email id for task submission.
No extension will be granted to submit tasks
- You will not be eligible for certification if the task is not submitted in time
Is the certificate for Connect2Learn recognized?
Yes, the Digital Certificate issued by GAD-TLC, Ministry of Education is recognized throughout India. Your details will be uploaded on the NMTT portal of Govt. of India and your certificate will have a unique ID.
